peacock free offer won't let me activate now says not eligble

peacock platinum member.  received free peacock premium offer says it is redeemed.   cancelled old peacock account  I was paying for through xfinity.   Now when i try to follow the link to activate , it says not eligible.   Is this because our tv is in a condo bundle, even though we pay for the internet ourself?
