Peacock does not recognize upgrade
I added the upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus, No Ads, paying you $6 per month for this. Peacock does not recognize my upgrade. I contacted Peacock support and they said to contact you. I tried to unlink and re-activate my Peacock account through My Subscriptions, but when I click Unlink there's a big Peacock popup that says, "Something unexpected has happened."

Thanks for reaching out @user_7h8saz! This sounds like an issue where the Peacock Premium Plus (No Ads) upgrade isn’t appearing correctly on the Xfinity side, which can prevent Peacock from recognizing the upgrade.
Since you’re also seeing an error when trying to unlink Peacock in My Subscriptions, I’ll need to take a deeper look at the account. For reference, here’s the official article on managing and activating Peacock with Xfinity.
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name, full address, the email address you are using to sign in to the Xfinity account, and the email address you are using to sign in to Peacock (if different). To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
