Peacock canceled?

Hi - my gigabit extra internet plan gives me free peacock up to a year. i got an email (see attached)

that extended my time to free peacock until june 25, 2025. today, i got an email that my peacock is no longer premium. i want to get my free peacock premium back. do i need to call?

Greetings, @user_ytwbbm! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about your Peacock Premium subscription. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

As long as you are still subscribed to Gigabit Internet, you should be able to receive Peacock Premium at no cost until June of next year. Can you tell me a little more about the email you received? Was it from Xfinity or from Peacock? Did it list any reasons explaining why you were downgraded?

Hi

The email I shared was from Xfinity, but the downgrade email was from Peacock (see attached). I confirmed I was downgraded because I can’t login anymore using my email that I used with my Xfinity Peacock access. It wants me to pay.

Do I just sign up again using my Xfinity connected email address? And it won’t charge me?

 Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

Thanks. The issue seems to have resolved itself. I logged in yesterday and am no longer taken to the paywall asking to sign up for a subscription. I went to account settings and confirmed it shows Premium subscription billed under Xfinity.
