Peacock activation something unexpected happened
Says I need to activate peacock but when I open my peacock it says its tied to my xfinity account. When I keep clicking activate peacock on xfinity it says something unexpected happened. Its been saying that for days now and won't fix this broken loop

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues activating your Peacock Premium subscription, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Most of the time, when it says that Peacock is already tied to your Xfinity account, that means your Peacock subscription was already activated, or automatically associated with a different email address. It can also happen if you moved or stopped and restarted service after Peacock was initially activated. Either way, we can usually figure out which email address was linked to your free subscription.
If you have any other email addresses associated with your account, even if you don't remember using them to log into Peacock in the past, you can check them by going to https://www.peacocktv.com/ and selecting "Sign In". If Peacock recognizes an email address there, it should ask for your password (which can be reset if necessary), but if Peacock has never seen it before, it will jump straight to "Pick a Plan. Cancel Anytime."
