Peacock account stuck after accidental delink
Hi, I accidentally delinked my Peacock account from Xfinity, and now the subscription appears stuck. Xfinity StreamStore shows Peacock as included and upgraded with an extra fee, but my Peacock account only shows Premium and not Premium Plus, and I cannot activate or manage it. I have already tried standard support without resolution, after multiple people said they would get back to me and hours on the phone and chat. Can an official employee please ask me to send a direct message so this can be escalated and reviewed on the backend?
