PC streaming is not working

I am now unable to view Xfinity via streaming on my Windows PC. This has been the case for over a week. I see in the forum that multiple people are having this problem.

Any ETA on a fix?

I am not using an app. I am streaming on my PC. I've been doing this for years, until two weeks ago or so. All of my PCs do not work. I'm using Windows 10/11 depending on the unit, and all PCs use Chrome for web access.

Can I get a credit to compensate for the loss of service?

We can certainly check into the account to see if this is something we can compensate for. Checking our known issues I do show there is an issue with the stream website right now that is currently being worked on by our engineers. Their temporary solution as of now is to try streaming it from an incognito tab. Can you confirm if that works for you on your end?

This does seem to work. It would be nice to not have to invoke an incognito tab to watch television.

I completely understand where you are coming from, @user_elqf8h! Our engineer crews are working on a fix to ensure you no longer will have to use incognito tab to view the amazing Xfinity Stream services. We don't currently have an ETA to have it fully restored, but I would just recommend periodically checking outside of incognito. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us here, we are happy to help anytime!

Also broken on PC.  Tried several different browsers and PC's.  Just get one channel "ABC".  Get a popup error when I block "Browse" saying "Sorry, this isn't working There's a problem with your selection. We're working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible so please try back later."  The FireTV App just locks up and display's 3 dots.

Also broken on MacBook Air using Safari. When searching and finding an upcoming program I want to record, the display goes wacky.
