Paying for AppleTV and the subscription stopped working

I am paying for AppleTV within a bundle.  The subscription was working fine up until about six weeks ago.  Now it does not work.  When i get into the Xfinity app, go to subscriptions, it asks me to activate the AppleTV subscription.  When i get to the Activate button and press it, it does nothing.  Just freezes.  Please help or cancel my bundle.  George Rodis zip code is 32068.
