Severe buffering-starting and stopping makes it agonizing to watch anything on Paramount +. Please fix this. I’m old and don’t know how to do a lot of computer related stuff.

@user_cf3ij8 Sorry to hear about your issues with Paramount+. Can you confirm is this issue on the X1 Box? If so you can try the steps here to Clear the locally stored data. This issue has been linked to a memory issue with Paramount+ and if that does not fix it you may need to use the app directly on the TV rather than on the box.
