@user_z5m126 Could be a temporary outage. I would reboot your modem and the device used to access Paramount+. Depending on the device, a system refresh and check for updates.
Honestly? After a month and half of not being able to login to Paramount+ via my Xfinity DVR box & about 6+ hours of, I just found a 2 year old article that recommended that I follow the steps below .....
1. Click on the "Xfinity" button on my Xfinity remote
2. Scroll to the GEAR icon 3. Scroll down to the "Privacy" 4. Click on "Locally Stored Data"
5. Click "OK" to Clear local storage?!!!!!
Then I made the 20th+ attempt to login into the paramount app via my DVR box by using the web/computer to generate that code and typing the code in via my computer and it FINALLY logged me in!! OMFG!!! It's been painful.
Quick Update: Since I did ultimately clear my "Locally Stored Data" in my DVR box ... I also had to go back to all my TV streaming apps via my Xfinity DVR Remote (i.e. apple, Hulu, Prime, AMC+, Peacock, etc.) and sign back :: IN :: to all of those apps too, which might have taken another 30 mins total but still less than the 6+ hours I've spent, prior to finding those instructions! Phew!
