@fitzeer43 Thank you for reaching out to the Xfinity support team today. I understand that you are receiving an error message when you log into the app on your X1 cable box. I would like to gather more information about your account.
Could you please send our team a private message with your full name and full address?
To send a Private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:
Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
I came home from a camping trip and it seem to be working now
@fitzeer43 Thank you for the update. I'm glad to hear Paramount Plus is now working for you. Perhaps taking camping trips more often will help. Did you have any other questions or service concerns at this time?

How do I get Paramount added to my Xfinity account?
Hi, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Forums. You are able to add paramount from your X1 remote. You can use the voice remote to access paramount app.
