Paramount plus issues

Still there’s an issue with Paramount+ on Xfinity so I guess I never learned how to fix it. Stupid it’s taking me over an hour to try to somewhat compatible show together on Paramount+ using Xfinity. I’m so over this. i’m using the cable box and Paramount+ is stupid and I hate it

Having same issues. Purhased 2 days ago and it just keeps looping and error messages. SUPER frustrated. Tried restarting, clearing cache, no luck.

To help narrow this down, can you please let me know what type of device you're using to access Paramount+? And, what are the error messages you're seeing when it loops or fails to load?

Having the same issue.  I only have the issue with one of my tv's and not the other.   

It's impossible to watch a show on Paramount + as every few minutes it buffers/freezes and then shows an error message.   What is the fix?

Thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Communities Forums page, @user_t5stxo. If this is only happening on one of your X1 or Xumo Stream boxes you can try to clear locally stored data. Keep in mind doing so will require you to resign in to all your 3rd party apps. Let us know if this helps.
