Paramount+ not working

I can see that I am being charged the $13.99 monthly for the Paramount+ subscription via Xfinity StreamStore since Jan, 2025 (not sure if any longer). I have called multiple times this week to Customer Care to get help to make it work and help with Sign-In. I got no help at all, and have wasted a whole bunch of my time. All my other streaming subscriptions are working fine. 
The folks who answer are truly incompetent and don't find the need to follow up / help. 
I would like to get my subscription to work - or get a refund of all fees paid. Thanks!
