Outlander S8 Ep10 Not Working in App On AppleTV
Hello,
Outlander season 8 episode 10 (final episode) will not stream on my AppleTV via Xfinity app. Episode 9 streams fine, but when it forwards into episode 10, the progress wheel spins and nothing happens for several minutes, then the audio feeds in, but video never feeds. I have no other issues with any streaming service, Internet service, stability, etc. I've tried using the support chat, but it's like speaking with a tech support agent from 30 years ago: Reboot, power off, reload, restart, log out, log in. The Xfinity AI support bot is like Bob from Compaq IT back in 1996.
Does anyone have any ideas? How do I get through to a human?
