Option to watch show missing from Xfinity Stream on mobile app
A show I should have access to does not show the option to watch it on the Xfinity Stream app. The show is The Pitt, which is an HBO show. I have access to other HBO and HBO Max shows. This one only shows Series Info and Upcoming tabs and options to Record Series and Add To Your List.

To be as thorough as possible, I also checked Google:
The Pitt is primarily a Max (HBO Max) original, but you can access it through partner add-on platforms or alternative channels like Hulu (via the Max add-on) or Prime Video (via the Max channel subscription), though an active Max subscription is still required through those third-party channels. Select promotional episodes may occasionally stream for free on the platform's website, and select international or broadcast syndication deals apply depending on your region, but free standalone streaming options are otherwise unavailable.
The Pitt is, technically an HBO show; but it's more accurately, HBO Max which is different. I know that sounds silly, I feel silly typing it; but I am happy to sound silly as long as I am honest. To access The Pitt, would require one of the previously listed subscriptions.
You can also try logging in to HBO Max by following the Provider link, and input your Xfinity username and password, but you have to follow the provider link. If you try to log straight into HBO Max, it will give you an error.
