Recently I purchased Showtime to see a couple of series. Once I got to a certain season not the current season, only two episodes were free to me the others asked that I pay. I don’t understand why this is an issue if I’m paying to view the content on the entire network. Calling customer service is a joke. Has anyone had this issue? If so how was it resolved?

Hello, and thanks for reaching out here on our forums, @user_310098 . Availability of programs and episodes are set by the network, and most content is included in the subscription. Additionally, some content may only be available on other networks, and while some episodes are being offered for free through a select network, another network can set a different price for the same show. I'd love to look into the show with you further and figure out what's going on. What show were you trying to watch, and what season/episode?
