Okko

Why am I asked to pay for Okko episodes on the xfinity  stream app if I’m already paying for xfinity service ? I can only use the app if I’m at home on my xfinity WiFi which I also pay for.

You might be asked to pay for Okko episodes on the Xfinity Stream app because some content is only available to rent or purchase, even if you have an Xfinity TV package. This is due to licensing agreements.

Thank you for reaching out to us @Omg_! As MikeB39A mentioned, there may be content that is only available to rent or purchase regardless of attempting to watch it on the Xfinity Stream app or an Xfinity cable box. We work with networks, regional sports providers, local TV station owners, and companies like Netflix and Amazon to bring a wide variety of programming. The companies that own the rights to the content determine which movies, shows, and episodes are available for free, rent, or purchase only. For more information we have this article here.

Are you able to confirm if there is an episode of Okko you can watch on demand on your cable box that you cannot watch on the Stream app?
