user_7w2udd - Hello, and thank you for choosing Xfinity and joining us here on the Forums! We're happy to help.

To watch live channels included with NOW StreamSaver, simply open the Xfinity Stream app on your mobile device, Smart TV, or Xumo Stream Box. From the main menu, select Guide to browse and watch the live cable channels and free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels included with your service.

For more information about NOW StreamSaver, please visit: NOW StreamSaver Overview.

Please let us know if you have any questions. We're here to help!

"Simply open the Xfinity Stream app on your mobile device, Smart TV"      Did you not read the post? Obviously, If I could do that there would be no reason for me to send this message in the first place.

Something went wrong.

Your guide isn't loading right now. Please wait a few moments, then try again.

(Error TVAPP-00502)

Try Again.
It would be nice If we could just post the screenshot here.
Again, No access to LIVE TV Channels using Xfinity stream app on Fire TV, TiVo, Android, Smart TV, ETC.....

I'm happy to provide troubleshooting steps that may help not only you, but other community members who may be experiencing the same issue as well. Can you confirm that  you're connected to your home network? If you haven't already, please try restarting the device, clearing the app's cache, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. These steps can often resolve common issues and help ensure you're running the most current version. Also, did you create an Amazon account and link it to your compatible Amazon Fire TV device before downloading the Xfinity Stream app?
I've included a helpful article below that covers using the Xfinity Stream app on Amazon Fire TV. It provides detailed information on eligibility requirements, supported features, device capabilities, setup instructions, and a list of compatible Amazon Fire TV devices. This is a great resource to review and double-check that your device meets all requirements and is configured correctly:

Please take a look and let us know if you have any questions or if you'd like help troubleshooting further. We're happy to help!

One again, I log in to Xfinty app. All I see is for you. Now tell me what I should see when I click https://www.xfinity.com/stream/listings. Or select Live TV? For Now TV, StreamSaver plan. Tell me how many channels  should I see in the listings grid?
