Not Getting SEC+ on TV but can watch on IPAD or Smartphone
When selecting SEC+ with the X1 remote or via the ESPN TV App, I get a message that SEC+ is not in my package. I can watch on my ipad or smartphone therefore it is in my package as it has been for several years. I don't believe anyone from Comcast is monitoring this forum or this issue would have been solved months ago. Lots of Xfinity customers all over the southeast US having this same issue.
