Not Getting SEC+ on TV but can watch on IPAD or Smartphone

When selecting SEC+ with the X1 remote or via the ESPN TV App, I get a message that SEC+ is not in my package.  I can watch on my ipad or smartphone therefore it is in my package as it has been for several years.  I don't believe anyone from Comcast is monitoring this forum or this issue would have been solved months ago.  Lots of Xfinity customers all over the southeast US having this same issue.

Hey there, @Larry_Snow ! This programming along side ESPN3 is web based. If you don't have the proper TV box to run these channels you won't get them. We can double check here. Can you please send us a private message with your full name and full service address? To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
      there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

The above is not an acceptable solution therefore I will not mark the answer as acceptable.  If others are having the same issue please complain
