Not getting all of my channels on streaming & support disconnects calls every time.

I have not been able to get all of my channels on the NOW TV & Streaming packages that I signed up for when I originally enrolled.  I have had issues with the streaming packages and not being able to get channels or access to a platform.  I call and text customer service but they always say they are working on it and for me to give them a few minutes and then we get disconnected and my problem is never resolved.  There has to be a way to get my issues resolved.  Can anyone help me please?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with your NOW TV streaming service. This link lists all the channels that are included with the NOW TV service https://www.xfinity.com/nowtv

Could you please let me know what channels you're not getting?

Yes I am missing many of the TV GO channels like History, Discovery, HGTV, Food Network, TLC and many others.  All we get are the free channels anyone can pick up for free.  I have been battling this for over 6 months.  We strictly use Apple TV or Apple computers to view Xfinity Stream but we are missing too many channels.  I do not feel its fair for me to keep paying for issues that are unresolved.

So @user_b63llq how can you help me resolve my issue?

To clarify, are you able to view those channels when you're connected to your home network?
