Not Getting All Channels

I am only getting the TV Go channels on one of my TVs in my apartment. The other tv gets all of the channels, but they are not all available on the other. I have tried forgetting the wifi and reconnecting, clearing the cache, and signing in to the xfinity account again, but nothing has worked. Please let me know what else I can do to access all of the channels on the tv that is only bringing up the TV Go channels.
