Not authorized trying to add new streaming device

I have not had Xfinity for about a year but i still use the stream app to watch the over 200 movies that we bought through Xfinity. I can login to my xfinity stream app on my laptop and other existing devices. When i try and add a new fire stick and or roku i keep getting an error message "You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service." I have tried to login on multiple devices and nothing works to add a new streaming device. please see pictures below.
