Not able to watch rented movie. Only option is to "buy".
Rented a movie 7/18/26 for $5.99 intending to use the $1 promo. It shows up in my purchases but there is no watch button. The only button on it is to buy it.

@user_4kxauw thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. I recommend using the X1 System Refresh feature to see if that gets the purchase back. Let me know how that works.
