Not able to activate Peacock Premium

I just got Xfinity installed in my home and I am having issues getting the Peacock Premium subscription to activate. When I try to use the "Activate" button in app on my phone or browser, I get the error message "Something unexpected happened" (see below). I've read through other threads of this problem and tried all the suggested solutions and nothing has worked. How do I start activate and access the subscription?
