Not able to activate Peacock Premium

Hi There!

For over a week ive not been able to activate peacock premium.

1) When I click on Activate Peacock on the email ive received, I get the error "Something Unexpected happened".

2) When I attempt to use this link, it only spins endlessly without results. https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock

PLease help me out so I can activate Peacock streaming. Note that ive also seen messages on sending Dms to support but I dont seem to be able to do that. I dont have the pencil icon on the right.

While I know this is important to you, sending a direct message would greatly help. Before we go there, let's do some basic steps first. First question is, I see you are using the email sent to you, but do you have a TV box?
