No Xfinity Streaming visible to watch

If you put me on a page where I can send a screenshot of what I have seen all day Thursday and today when I try watching this channel, I can let you see what you are telling me I am doing, which I am not. 

I just tried using this page to show you a screenshot, and guess what?!!! IT DID NOT WORK!!! It stays blank!!! JUST LIKE YOUR AI ASSISTANT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT MIRROR STREAMING IS. YOU need to see what this screenshot says, and I never even touched anything to change a screen, and I have been using Xfinity Stream for MONTHS with no problem!!!

I have never seen such a cluster of foul-ups as I have using this page, and can see why these Xfinity apps are not rated very high. You can't even admit it's your own foul-up the reason my Xfinity Streaming stopped working on Thursday!

CrazyCatLady1961 I would be happy to check into the issue for you. If you could please send a direct message with you full name and address we can pull up the account and look into the app issue. You'll be able to send any screenshots there as well. 
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
