No Streaming MSNBC

I was able to watch MSNBC a couple days ago,via XFINITY STREAM/Instant TV, but now it's not available.  I called and was told that it was taken off the Instant TV package and I'd need to upgrade to a box and a much more expensive package.  I won't be doing this since I can get it from Sling for just $10.00 more than what I'm paying XFINITY now.  I'd rather that XFINITY just brought it back into the streaming lineup.

Does anyone know whether they often reconsider such lineup changes, or is it most likely that once it's gone, it's gone for good?

Thanks—

Hi, MickyMc. Welcome. Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to hear about the news you were given regarding channel realignment. Channels do vary depending on area. I cannot see exactly what took place in your case without pulling up your account. If you'd like, I can confirm the change as it applies to your specific account. In that case, please send me a private message with your name and we'll go from there. To send a private message, please click my name "ComcastMorgan" then select "Send a Message" on the right side.

On a general note, Comcast regularly examines programs and channels in an effort to provide the best overall entertainment choices and content customers want the most. We know that it is upsetting to lose a channel that you like. However, we may rearrange or change programming, features or offerings that are a part of our services, even those that we provide under a promotional offer. We regularly evaluate our XFINITY TV to ensure it includes the best combination of programming options to appeal to our customers. We look at our channel lineup from time to time and realign as needed. Our channel packs can be viewed here: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/instant-tv?pc=1.

Thank you.
