No sound on NBC in Streaming app

Is Comcast / Xfinity aware of this?  It's been 2 days and no sound for NBC.  Same for all our TVs. Every other channel is fine.

to confirm, your set top boxes do not have sound either? did you try toggling SAP on/off (normally off)?
