No sound on certain episodes on xfinity stream

I see that you specifically posted to the Xfinity Stream Website board, so to confirm, are you accessing Xfinity Stream via the portal, here? If so, what troubleshooting have you tried so far (i.e. clearing your web browser's cache and cookies, using a different browser, attempting to log in using incognito mode, etc.)?

I am having the same issue. It is odd that it would only be on this show. Do you have a fix?
