No picture
I am using the xfinity stream app and the guide pops up and is showing but when I select a channel they are all displaying a black screen, there is sound but no picture on any channel. I deleted and reinstalled the app on my TV and it is still not working.

@user_vrzlwt Thank you for making us aware you're having issues with the Xfinity Stream app even after deleting the app and downloading it again to your TV. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're experiencing. Are you having the same problem on a different device? What streaming device are you using on your TV to access the Xfinity Stream app?
