No Option to Activate Apple TV

I signed up for the streaming bundle on Xfinity.  Netflix worked fine and I already had Peacock.  There is no option/ability to activate my AppleTV subscription.  It is blank where a hyperlink should be to continue to sign in.  This is via a web browser.  I tried doing it on the Xfinity app and it appears the same there.  I've already tried to chat with support, who couldn't help.  Kept telling me to go to this screen to activate (and trying to explain there is nothing there for apple).  It was supposed to be routed to the next level support and a text within an hour....but four hours later and nothing.  I've seen other users report this issue, but never appears there is a solution.  Please advise before I cancel.

Hey there user_u6bm9c. Separate from the website, and app, did you receive an activation email as well? Once subscribed customers should receive an email with individual links for each subscription.

I received the email from Netflix but not Apple.  I've been on the phone with Xfinity for hours today and appear to have at least been routed to a technical group.  They've confirmed its an issue on your end, but no solution as of yet.

I am supposed to receive an update within 24 hours, but that was what I was told on Saturday as well....and no one ever followed through.

Understood, well I can provide you this link, and we can see if this has any impact. This link will provide the activation links for each of the three services included in StreamSaver https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/streamsaver-offers-overview. Please let me know if this helps any.

@XfinityJon Unfortunately, no that doesn't work either.  It isn't a matter of not getting a link, even if presented a direct link to Apple TV, there is no option to create/link an account on AppleTV.  It was acknowledged by level 2 & 3 support that this is a problem and was supposed to be 'elevated' to level 4 to have an engineer reset my id with Apple.  I was told within 24-72 hours I would have a call back with resolution....and not really a surprise, never happened. I cancelled the service and in the process of moving the rest of my services to ATT.  Every time I try and do something with Xfinity there is a hiccup/hassle.  So time for a break.  Thanks anyway.

Unfortunately it does not.  I've been through level 2 and 3 support.  They acknowledge there is a problem with my account not activating with AppleTV, but no solution.  It was supposed to be referred to level 4 and have a solution within 72 hours.  Not surprisingly, it didn't happen and no follow up as promised.  I've cancelled this service and in the process of moving all of my Xfinity services to different carriers.  It wasn't just this problem, but final straw of every time you try and do something with Xfinity there is a problem/hassle.
