Here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/activating-xfinity-stream-smarttvs is an article to make sure you have the updated requirements for the Xfinity Stream app on your model Samsung TV. If you have not already, make sure your TV has the latest updates. Then you can uninstall and reinstall our Xfinity app to ensure the app has all the updates as well.
