No local channels on stream app

I have nothing but Samsung tv in my home, all smart tvs.  One TV, I can not get my local

channels while on other tvs I can.  All

are hooked up to same wifi. I tried deleting the app then reinstalling….  Logging back in a nothing.

Hey @user_4mfouv! Sorry to hear you are having trouble with one of your Samsung TVs and the Xfinity Stream. Have you made sure you have the same settings for viewing as the other TVs? Here are a few of the requirements and TVs that are compatible at this time: 

 

To access and watch 4K content on Samsung TVs, Xfinity Stream app version 2.2.5 or later is required. In order for the Stream app to effectively deliver high video quality, it needs to be running on a TV with more than 2 GB of available memory.

  • 2023 Samsung TVs
  • 2022 Samsung TVs
  • 2021 Samsung TVs
  • 2020 Samsung TVs (no minimum software version)
    • All QLED and UHD Models
  • 2019 Samsung TVs (no minimum software version)
  • 2018 Samsung TVs with minimum software version T-KTM2AKUC 1131.9
  • 2018 Samsung TVs with minimum software version T-KTM2LAKUC 1131.9
  • 2018 Samsung TVs with minimum software version T-KTSUAKUC
  • 2018 Samsung TVs with minimum software version T-KTSNAKUC 1131.9

@XfinityEva​ no, it did not work…. Does not work on any of my tvs…. No local channels, I get everything else but local. They all

aay tvgo channels

@XfinityEva​ nothing has worked. All of my tv, I can’t get local channels. Apologies one tv was running an Amazon fire stick, even thay somehow updated and lost local

channels.  I go to all channels on guide and it starts with “the weather channel”

We use stream quiet often so it's not like we just decided to check it out and noticed the channels were missing.
