NO Download option on recordings
I am trying to download my cloud recordings from my DVR to my windows 10 pc. There is an article that says there is a download option for recordings.
My screen shows NO download option on whatever recording I do.
I have seen numerous reports by Xfinity customers reporting this but NO satisfactory Xfinity support response.
If this article is correct, then why doesn't Xfinity support follow-up on our request for download our recordings?

At this time, we only offer the ability to download recordings using the Xfinity Stream app. This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-dvr-cloud-technology-download-faqs has great information on using the xfinity stream app.
