No Confirmation Email
I changed my Xfinity plan today to add streaming on it and got a confirmation code, but I recieved no confirmation email. I checked to make sure the email was correct, I checked the spam folder, and I don't see it anywhere. The plan I purchased isn't even reflected in the Xfinity app where I manage my subscriptions. The plan I purchased was StreamSaver™ if you need to know and I can supply the confirmation number if necessary.

Hello @user_5j1l2r, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum and we would be happy to help. If you did not get a confirmation email, then the change didn't go through. Have you tried to add it multiple times? Are you able to use the services?
