No channels, even To Go

Question

This is odd.  We are out of town and have both a Roku Ultra and Fire stick.  I get the To Go channels on the Firestick, but absolutely no channels on the Roku.  I've restarted, deleted and reinstalled the app, changed zip codes, everything I can think of.  It only gives me the option to record but not sure if that even works.  Any thoughts?

jrdoa Thanks for submitting a post on our Community Forums. The Xfinity Stream app is available on multiple devices, though only some are available to stream content while away from home. Roku devices are registered similarly to a TV box, so they wouldn't be able to access content outside of your home network.
