No channels, even To Go

This is odd.  We are out of town and have both a Roku Ultra and Fire stick.  I get the To Go channels on the Firestick, but absolutely no channels on the Roku.  I've restarted, deleted and reinstalled the app, changed zip codes, everything I can think of.  It only gives me the option to record but not sure if that even works.  Any thoughts?
