No channels appearing

It has become an issue and happens very often that when I go into Xfinity app on tv, no channels appear nor any other information on the home tabs. How do I fix this. All other apps on our tv work

I am on week three of my channels missing. I have spent 10 hours on the phone and chats doing troubleshooting. It's frustrating because the issue is clearly an app issue. This happened to me 5 months ago and it was confirmed to me that it was on their end. They told me that enough people have not reported the issue, so they cannot escalate to the engineering department that handles this sort of thing. They get one more week and I'm dropping it.
