No cable channels available with Xfinity Stream app

I need help with the Xfinity Stream app that I have on my iPad and iPhone. When I go to Live TV, the only channels are SkyNews, Wake Up with Cheddar, and a number of Stingray music channels. None of the channels from my cable service are shown. I would appreciate help on knowing how to fix this? Thanks.
