No audio on one streaming channel on only one device

I subscribe to the streaming channel hallmark movies and more. When I go to the channel on my living room box it has audio for about 10 seconds the goes silent. I gave full audio on the same channel on the bedroom box. I have checked volume levels on the remote, checked that the station is not muted, unplugged and replaced all cables, restarted the box, called 1800xfinity for help. The rep was supposed to do some stuff remotely and call me back.  Never heard from him. Can this be fixed or should I cancel my subscription??

Hello @rjjc2, I am sorry to hear that. I had a similar situation happen to me. What helped me is swapping out the HDMI cord, have you tried doing that?
