No ABC CBS FOX NBC still

It’s been quite awhile, weeks if not over a month, since I’ve had access to these channels!!! Can’t get them on my Firestick, Samsung SmartTV or thru my phone. Is there any word on whether these channels are still available to me?!?! I’m out of patience. No resolution and seems to be no concern to Xfinity. How can you sell me a package with those channels, but not provide them?!?! And no explanation on why they disappeared. Or if they are coming back. Please, just tell me so I can make a decision instead of sitting here thinking something is being done. When apparently, it’s not!!!! Grrrrrrrrr
