New Feature Request - Chat Bot Integrations with your distribution channel partners.

New Chat Bot Feature Request - three vendors in delivery of a single telecommunications service coordinate their chat bots to solve single issue for the consumer. 1) One Ticket # for end-user, 2) disconnect end-user while background work completes. Similar to existing peering network coordinated circuit tickets - live network fix agents work ticket jointly where one is control fix agent.

Use case - Comcast offers new promotional bundle, consumer cancels existing Disney+ subscription agreement using Disney+ (and separate HULU legacy) and Disney Account (using FAQ workflow of Disney +, Hulu and Roku) all 1 month in advance of selecting new Comcast bundle offer. Consumer cancels Roku subscription billing and streaming application(s) Peacock/Disney+/Hulu) on Roku smartTV (Disney+ was billed by Roku)[all 3 using Roku account email]. Consumer waits for bill cylces to expire, then contacts Comcast to start new promo bundle 50 days from first awareness of offer, 10 days after all bill cycles complete, with new email (but not new email on RokuTV). Defect 1 - Roku attempts to bill another cycle for cancelled Disney+ but not Hulu. Defect 2 - On Roku TV, Consumer can create Peacock and Hulu (using new email in Comcast promo and establish with new email a valid Disney+ Account) but must create a new billing subscription inside Disney+ streaming app on RokuTV, there is no option to link to Comcast Promo offer Again Peacock and Hulu (on Disney+ new email account) same email account given to Comcast for new bundle. Consumer at dead-end as all three existing chat bots do not understand the question.

Value proposition - It appears one vendor should be the control (I suspect Comcast due to accepting bundle contract with consumer) but a seriously challenging chatbot workflow needs to be invented for  RokuTV and Disney+ who need to be extended to Comcast chatbot which would need to understand concept of control of the bundle sale.
