Netflix

hello. We pay for Netflix through Xfinity but haven’t been able to access it in over a month. Can you advise?

Even though we’ve been paying for Netflix through Xfinity , Netflix said our account was cancelled and logged us out. We can no longer access on mobile devices or smart tvs

user_4fa640 Let's take a closer look at what happened with your Netflix subscription and find out how to get you logged back in. Please send a direct message to Xfinity Support by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address in the body of the message so I can find your account and get started on a resolution.
