I was told I would get netflix after I purchase xfinity how do I activate it

Hello, @user_bc4a57 thank you for reaching out to Xfinity through our Forums! I can help you with setting up your Netflix Account included with Xfinity, no problem! The first thing I want to do, is confirm that Netflix was indeed included in your package. Can you please send me a Direct Message with your first and last name, as well as your full and complete address? Here are the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message

I am sorry to hear that the direct message icon is not appearing for you. Just to clarify, were you able to sign in successfully first? 

I no longer work for Comcast.
