I understand you saw it declined the upgrade, which I'm sure was confusing. I know many enjoy the ease of having their Netflix service billed along with their Xfinity services, and I love we provide these options for our customers. Are you attempting to upgrade your service using the X1 box or Xfinity website? If you access you Netflix profile directly on the Netflix App or website, does it allow you to manage you service there?
