Netflix just spins

My Netflix just spins and takes awhile to come in. Once it’s in, it plays for about 30 seconds then my tv goes off. I did the Netflix refresh and it’s still happening.

@XfinityJoshuaG cable box. The hire one with the white light. Or orange light if it’s offline.

@user_srsori, thank you for that information. It sounds like you are describing the cable modem. What my peer was trying to find out is what device you watch Netflix on. When you turn on the TV is it a smart TV with the Netflix app? Do you turn the TV on and switch the input to a streaming device like Roku or Fire Stick to watch Netflix app?
