Need help activating ESPN Unlimited on my Xfinity X1 box.

Hi, I need help activating ESPN Unlimited on my Xfinity X1 box.

Account/issue summary:
- I have Xfinity with ESPN Unlimited included, and I've successfully activated and linked my MyDisney account on both my computer and iPhone. ESPN works fine on those devices.
- On my X1 box, the ESPN app displays an activation code and directs me to espn.com/activate.
- I go to espn.com/activate on my phone or computer, enter the code, and it confirms success.
- However, the X1 box screen does not refresh or recognize the activation. I've tried:
  - Re-entering a fresh code (in case the original expired)
  - Backing out of the ESPN app and relaunching it on the X1
  - Fully rebooting the X1 box (unplugged for 30+ seconds)
  - Confirming no VPN is active on the device used to enter the code
  - Double-checking the code was entered correctly

None of these steps have resolved it. The activation works everywhere except the X1 box itself.

Could someone check on the backend whether my account/X1 box is properly linked for ESPN Unlimited, and let me know if there's a known issue with X1 activation syncing? Happy to provide my account details or troubleshoot further on a call if needed.

Thank you!

Hello @breezytodd Appreciate you breaking down what's been done and tried already. We'd be happy to look into this for you. Can you confirm if you go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions what does it show for ESPN unlimited?

Hi Matthew.

It shows activated.  Since I sent my inquiry I've been able to log in to ESPN Unlimited through the app on my TV, but not through the Xfinity app accessed via the Xfinity remote.

Gotcha. Thank you for checking and confirming that part. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started and we can get this escalated for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

I'm sorry.  I don't see the direct messaging icon.

Top right corner of the page. To the left of the bell shaped notifications icon. Should look like a text bubble.
