Need Account Entitlement Reset for Peacock Error PPG_0017

Hello,

I am currently trying to activate my Xfinity-provided Peacock Premium reward, but I am completely blocked by error code PPG_0017 and stuck in an activation loop.

I moved about 3 years ago and transferred/re-opened my Xfinity service. It appears my Peacock identity is still linked to my old, inactive account profile on your backend database, creating a conflict.

Could a specialist please open a backend engineering ticket to perform an Account Entitlement Reset? I need my Peacock profile completely unlinked from any previous account profiles or addresses so I can link it cleanly to my current, active account.
