need a way for renters to activate spectrum app without giving them my login credentials

I have a vacation rental with service from Spectrum/Xfinity (using mainly Roku TVs). They get live local TV channels from the spectrum/xfinity app, but the app gets logged out for various reasons. When that happens I have to give them my Xfinity login email and password just to restart the app, since I live 3-4hours away.

Is there a way to get around this, such as setting up the app so it never logs out. Failing that, is there a way I can activate the app/TV from a long distance?

And why is login even required when you are on a TV connected to Spectrum/Xfinity internet?  Surely you can recognize the device is on your network and can figure out what the customer is paying for.

user_nqehow Good afternoon! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Forums Team. I can definitely help with a solution in this matter. They can use the Xfinity Stream App without logging in, but it would default to the TV Go subscriptions. In order to access the full channel lineup, they would need to login to the account. I would recommend creating a profile for a "Member" or "Viewer". This way they can login as they need to, but not have access to make changes to the account.  You can also change it if your tenant changes. I hope this helps. Please let me know if there are any other questions I may answer for you!
