Need a replacement: Frequency 2.0 Bluetooth Portable Rechargeable Speaker from Xfinity Rewards

Just like several other posters, My Xfinity Rewards bluetooth speaker works when directly plugged into a device, but does not send out the Frequency 2.0 so it can be seen by my iPad 6" away.  I need another bluetooth speaker that works.  All other functions work as expected.

Click "Sign In" if you're not already signed in
Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send your message.

As a diamond Member I received the Frequency 2.0 speaker and it is a great speaker.  However, it no longer charges. I plug it in the charging port and no red light comes on anymore.  Time for a replacement?
