NBC Dropout and Rebuffering Issues Continue!!!

NBC continues to occasionally drop out. I thought it was a television setting. I've tried everything I've dumped my cache. I've even purchased a new TV. I checked all my cable connections everything and yet occasionally NBC continues to drop out and buffer. It is the only channel that does so.
